Are you genuinely local, or a national lead site?

Are you MCS certified and accredited?
Yes. MCS certified for solar PV and battery storage (cert 266378), and holding RECC, TrustMark, NAPIT, Gas Safe and SSIP. Every install meets the national standard and is covered by the RECC consumer code.
Who actually carries out the installation?
Warmpro's own team. They conduct the survey, design the system and complete the installation, with around 80 percent of the work delivered in house.
Is the survey free, and is there any hard sell?
The in person survey is free, with no obligation to proceed, after the survey or after the quote. If you do go ahead, a 14 day cooling off period applies. No pressure and no chasing.
What happens after I request a quote?
The Warmpro team aim to make first contact within 60 minutes during working hours. After a desktop assessment they book a free in person survey, usually within 7 working days, and issue an itemised quotation within 3 working days of the survey, in line with the RECC code.
How quickly could it be installed?
Once you place an order, installation is scheduled within 8 weeks, and a typical solar and battery system is completed on site in 1 to 2 days.
What warranties do I get?
Panels carry a 25 year performance warranty and a 12 year product warranty. The inverter and battery carry 10 year manufacturer warranties. Workmanship is covered by a 2 year Warmpro warranty, backed by an Insurance Backed Guarantee and TrustMark financial protection.
What equipment do you install?
JA Solar all black panels, a FOX ESS inverter, and FOX ESS EP6 battery modules where storage is included (up to 3 modules as standard). Final product selection is confirmed at survey.
