03

Why we collect your data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To give you a personalised estimate. The information you enter into the calculator generates a personalised estimate of system size, generation, and annual saving for your home.
  • To pass your enquiry to Warmpro Group. So a member of their team can contact you about your interest in solar panels and battery storage.
  • To verify your phone number. We send a one-time passcode by SMS to confirm the number you submitted is real and in your possession at the time of submission.
  • To manage your enquiry. Your details are recorded in our CRM (Pipedrive) so we can respond to your enquiry and manage any follow-up survey or quotation.
  • To improve our website and advertising. Anonymised analytics data helps us understand how visitors use the page.

Legal basis: Where you have ticked the consent box on our form, we process your data on the basis of your explicit consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@soulourpower.energy.

04

How we use your consent

Contacting you by telephone to discuss a solar enquiry is direct marketing under UK PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations). We only do this where you have given your explicit, freely given consent by ticking the consent box on our form.

We will never:

  • Call you if you have not ticked the consent box
  • Add you to third-party marketing lists
  • Sell your data to any other business
  • Pass your data to installers or lead aggregators outside the Warmpro partnership named in this notice

Your installation would be carried out by Warmpro Group, who is named on this page from the first scroll and on the calculator consent text. Your data is shared with Warmpro under a data-sharing agreement; it is not sold or distributed elsewhere.
