These terms govern your use of this page (soulourpower.energy/warmpro) and the Solar Savings Estimator on it. By using this page you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before submitting an enquiry.

Who runs this site

This site (soulourpower.energy/warmpro) is operated by First Choice Energy Ltd (Co. No. 12684594), a company registered in England and Wales, trading as SoulourPower. You can contact us at hello@soulourpower.energy.

Your installation, if you proceed, would be carried out by Warmpro Insulation Specialists Ltd t/a WarmPro Group (Co. No. 13815359). Warmpro is our installation partner for Suffolk and Norfolk. From the point your enquiry is passed to Warmpro, the installation contract you enter would be with Warmpro Group, not with SoulourPower or First Choice Energy.

What the calculator is

The Solar Savings Estimator is an interactive tool that gives you a personalised estimate of the system size, annual generation, and annual savings you could expect from a solar PV and battery storage installation at your property.

It is an estimate based on the information you provide and standard industry assumptions. It is not a quotation. Your actual figures, system design, and price will be confirmed in writing after a free in-person survey by Warmpro Group.

How the estimate is calculated

Savings figures use a dynamic self-consumption model based on the current Ofgem default unit rate.
Electricity usage is estimated from your bedroom count and heating type, in line with Ofcom and Ofgem benchmarks.
Standing charges are shown separately. They are never deducted from savings, because solar does not reduce standing charges.
Indicative system costs are based on Warmpro's published pricing for JA Solar 450W panels, with a FOX ESS string or hybrid inverter, and where applicable, FOX ESS EP6 battery modules.
Battery storage is capped at three modules as standard. Larger systems are subject to design confirmation by Warmpro.
A formal quotation will be issued by Warmpro after an in-person survey.

Submitting your details

To submit an enquiry through this site you must:

Be 18 or over and a UK resident.
Give accurate information. If you give us a phone number you do not own or control, we cannot verify it via the one-time passcode and your enquiry will not be processed.
Tick the consent box on the form, confirming you are happy to be contacted by Warmpro Group about your enquiry.

Phone verification. We send a six-digit code by SMS to the mobile number you provide. You must enter this code on the form before your enquiry is submitted. This is to confirm the number is real and in your possession at the time of submission.

What happens after you submit

Your enquiry is sent to Warmpro Group within minutes of submission.
Warmpro typically contacts you within one working hour during their operating hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30; Saturday by appointment).
If you proceed to a survey, the survey is free. Warmpro typically books the survey within 7 working days of your enquiry.
A written quote is issued by Warmpro within 3 working days of the survey, with a 14-day cooling-off period under RECC consumer protection.
You can withdraw your enquiry at any time before signing a contract, with no obligation.

The contract for installation

If you proceed to install solar panels or battery storage, the contract for that installation would be between you and Warmpro Group, not SoulourPower or First Choice Energy.

Warmpro's contract terms, deposit handling, payment milestones, warranties, and consumer protection are governed by Warmpro's own terms and by their membership of the Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC) and TrustMark, including the standard 14-day cooling-off period.

Standard warranties offered by Warmpro on solar PV and battery storage:

25-year manufacturer performance warranty on JA Solar panels, plus 12-year manufacturer product warranty.
10-year manufacturer warranty on FOX ESS hybrid inverter.
10-year manufacturer warranty on FOX ESS EP6 battery modules (subject to cycle and throughput limits in the product datasheet).
2-year Warmpro workmanship warranty, backed by an Insurance-Backed Guarantee and TrustMark Financial Protection.

Limits on our liability

First Choice Energy provides this site and the calculator on an "as is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information and the calculations accurate but we do not warrant that the site will be free from errors or interruptions.

The actual price, design, and performance of any installation is determined by Warmpro Group following a physical survey. First Choice Energy is not responsible for any installation work, and any complaint about the installation should be raised with Warmpro directly in the first instance.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for: death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Submit information that is false, misleading, or belongs to someone else without their authorisation.
Use the calculator or this site in a way that could damage or impair its operation, or interfere with any other person's use of it.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, the servers it runs on, or any connected systems.
Use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to interact with the calculator or any other part of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. The current version is always available at soulourpower.energy/warmpro/terms.
