You complete the Solar Savings Estimator and see your indicative figures. Warmpro then call you back within the hour during working hours to confirm the basics.
A real surveyor visits your home, free of charge, usually within 7 working days. Roof, shading, electrics and your usage are checked properly.
Your written quotation follows within 3 working days of the survey, fully itemised. You then have a 14 day cooling off period before any deposit.
Once you are ready, your install is scheduled within 8 weeks of order. A solar PV and battery system is usually fitted in 1 to 2 days by Warmpro's own team.
Commissioned with the MCS certificate issued, handed over with a full digital pack, then structured follow up at 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months and 12 months.

Your verified enquiry is sent straight to the Warmpro team, who aim to make first contact within 60 minutes during working hours. That first call confirms your interest, checks basic eligibility and looks at roof orientation and any shading.
Warmpro then carries out a desktop assessment using satellite imagery to size the panel array and battery, before booking a free in person survey.
The target is a survey within 7 working days of your enquiry, with most visits taking place 5 to 7 working days after the lead is received.
The in person survey is free of charge and is always carried out before any installation is quoted. A desktop assessment never replaces the physical survey on a paid job.
An itemised quotation is issued within 3 working days of the survey, in line with the RECC consumer code.
Once you have placed an order, installation is scheduled within 8 weeks. A typical solar PV and battery system is completed on site in 1 to 2 days.
Panels carry a 25 year manufacturer performance warranty on power output, plus a 12 year manufacturer product warranty. The hybrid inverter carries a 10 year manufacturer warranty, and battery modules carry a 10 year manufacturer warranty subject to the product cycle limits.
Workmanship is covered by a 2 year Warmpro workmanship warranty, backed by an Insurance Backed Guarantee and TrustMark financial protection. RECC consumer code protections apply throughout.
Yes. The in person survey is free and carried out at no cost to you, absorbed by Warmpro. You are under no obligation to proceed after the survey or after receiving the quotation.
If you do proceed, a 14 day statutory cooling off period applies after you sign, in line with RECC rules.
Payment is staged: a 20 percent deposit on the signed contract, taken only after the 14 day cooling off period, then 70 percent on delivery of materials and start of the install, with the final 10 percent on commissioning, certification and your sign off.
Accepted methods are bank transfer, which is preferred, or debit card via a secure terminal. Cash and cheques are not accepted.
The price shown on the estimator is the cash price. Monthly payment options are launching in June 2026 through an FCA regulated finance partner.
Until then, jobs proceed on the cash price. Once finance goes live the estimator will show an indicative monthly figure alongside the cash price.
Finance is provided by a regulated third party and is subject to status. Provided for information only.Systems are built around JA Solar all black residential panels, a FOX ESS inverter, and where battery storage is included, FOX ESS EP6 battery modules. Standard pricing allows up to 3 battery modules, with higher capacity available subject to design.
Final product selection is confirmed at survey based on your roof, your usage and system design requirements.
Your installation is delivered by Warmpro Group, a retrofit specialist operating across Suffolk and Norfolk and established in 2021. Their own team conducts the survey, designs the system and completes the installation, with around 80 percent of work delivered in house.
