SoulourPower is a trading name of First Choice Energy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12684594). References to "SoulourPower", "we", "us" or "our" in these terms refer to First Choice Energy Ltd.

All solar PV and battery storage installations arranged through SoulourPower are carried out by First Choice Energy Ltd or its appointed sub-contractors.

Use of our website

By accessing soulourpower.energy you agree to use the website lawfully and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material

By submitting an enquiry through our calculator tool you acknowledge that the figures shown are estimates and do not constitute a contractual offer or binding quotation from SoulourPower or First Choice Energy Ltd.

Submitting an enquiry

When you submit your details through our website you are requesting that we contact you to discuss your solar estimate — you are not entering into a contract to purchase any products or services.

MCS certification and consumer protection

First Choice Energy Ltd is an MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) certified installer. All solar PV and battery storage installations are carried out to MCS standards.

MCS certification means:

• Your installation is eligible for Smart Export Guarantee (SEG) payments
• Your installation is covered by the MCS consumer protection framework
• Engineers are trained and assessed to nationally recognised standards
• You will receive an MCS certificate upon completion of your installation

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, the Solar Savings Estimator tool, and all underlying code — is the property of First Choice Energy Ltd and is protected by copyright.
