Why we collect your data
We collect and use your personal data for the following purposes:

Legal basis: Where you have ticked the consent box on our form, we process your data on the basis of your explicit consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected].
How we use your consent
Contacting you by telephone to discuss a solar quote is direct marketing under UK PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations). We only do this where you have given your explicit, freely given consent by ticking the consent box on our form.
We will never:
- Call you if you have not ticked the consent box
- Add you to third-party marketing lists
- Sell your data to any other business
- Pass your data to installers or lead aggregators
All installations are carried out by First Choice Energy Ltd directly. Your data stays with us.
